A Examination Of The Proverbs 31 Virtuous Woman

The proverbs 31 woman is described beginning at the tenth verse in chapter 31 of proverbs. Many people forget this chapter deals with much more than only finding a good quality woman. It deals with kindness and even drunkenness. It is strange that in this chapter where king Lemuel is educated of a virtuous woman he should also be educated of drinking.

Maybe there is a little to be said however of a woman who does not act like that of the proverbs 31 woman being like a strong drink. In fact it was the love of women that bowed the heart of Solomon against God. This chapter makes a good assessment between the two evils. One evil is drunkenness and the other is giving your strength to a vial woman.

If we pay attention to these we could see that they both are very much the same. While the proverbs 31 woman will do well to her husband a vial woman will act like a strong drink. If you have ever seen somebody that is drunk then you know what I am saying. They make fools of themselves in public. The Scripture says that strong drink is a ridiculer of men. In the same way a woman who knows no purity mocks men.

Such a woman will since embarrassment to her husband. Because of her wants and his desire to please her he could do things that he should not. Drunks always seem to lack judgment. Somebody who doesn’t show themselves as the proverbs 31 woman will also because a man to lack good judgment. He will do as she states.

If you do not believe me then you have in no way seen how a man acts around a woman he is after. He will do anything to gratify that woman. He thinks she is fun and gives him a good quality time but if she is not the proverbs 31 virtuous woman then he will before long find that the fun he concept he had is leading him down a bad road.

Men will thieve, take life, and do any number of things for a woman. That is why the proverbs 31 woman is so significant. If a man comes into connection with her it is like a frosty glass of water to his soul. She nourishes him and is refreshing. He will find strength and knowledge in her.

If a man finds a woman that is not the proverbs 31 woman then he is in trouble. She is like a strong drink to him. It may make him feel decent for a time but in the end he wakes up with a headache and feeling sick. He may not even remember what all happened cause the depths of pain she may bring him run deep.

This is the variation between a proverbs 31 virtuous woman and any other woman. The best way to know the difference is to see what the woman follows after. Some women will go after men for their looks and they stay out and party. The virtuous woman is known for her chaste personality.
