One of the major task as well as advantage of the christian church marketing is the building of the relationships, with in the organization and outside it. Even when, nobody knows the christian church outside, the task of the christian church marketing starts from with in the church. As they say, the house with the holes in between can not stand the storm. Similar is the case with the church. Till the time, the christian church is not strong from the within, it won’t be able to bear the storm of the criticism of the people and the tension in the lives of the neighborhood. To build relationship, the christian church has to look for the feedback of the people and till the time, one is not responding to the messages from the church, we can not be sure that the messages are reaching the him or her in the correct sense or not.

To build the relationship with the members, the church must give more one to one time to each member and listen to them. In the church marketing, there is no substitute for the listening. Here, the christian church can get to know the problems and the happenings in the lives of the members. Though, the members are reluctant to talk about their problems till the time the church wins the trust of the members. Though, it is the most time and efforts consuming method to reach to the members, but once the good relation id built between the church and its members, it will be unlikely that the member will leave the church, until and unless the family has to move to a number of other place or in case of death.

Also, the church can build relationships with the other members of the community apart from the members. For this, the christian church has to reach out to the members. Unlike members, it can not get hold of them in the premises of the christian church or at the time of the Sunday mass. Instead, in such a case, the church has to invite people first and at the same time, try to understand their psyche. Of course, the church can not talk about the opinions of the members and their problems in just one or two events. Nevertheless, here, the organization of the seminars, debates and art shows, and photography exhibitions will be of large aid. Things like these, give a chance to the neighborhood to showcase their talents and bring it up to the entire society and opens up further opportunities for the talented lot. To extend the help, the church can also talk to various experts in various fields and show talent with in the community.
