Build Muscle Quickly: 3 principles

By: Kris frederiksen

There are 3 Principles that are necessary if you are going to be successful in your quest to build muscle quickly.
1. Proper nutrition: When learning how to build muscle quickly, you will discover you need to eat 15-18 times your body weight. You will be eating at least 5 to 7 times a day.Your diet will consist of a daily intake of 45% carbs,35% proteins, and the remaining 20% should be fat.More than half of your meals should be actual solid foods, while the rest can be liquid shakes if desired.

2. Training: You will be training all body parts every 72 hours, which means alternating between working your upper and lower body for a total of 4 workouts per week.
Challenge yourself.By this, I mean always outdo your previous workout.Increase your strength by 5% every couple of weeks. If you continue in this format,in 6 months you should be twice as strong as you currently are.
Track your progress and set your goal to doubling the amount you lift now to what you will be lifting 6 months from now.

3. Rest: I cannot stress how important it is to get plenty of rest when implementing your goal to build muscle quickly. It is vitally important to rest your body.Your muscles need time to recover.
When you are bodybuilding, you are essentially “attacking” your muscles. In order for your muscles to grow, you need to stimulate them using resistance (stress). This stress causes the muscles to grow to avoid the recoccurence of that stress.
Therefore, proper rest and nutrition heal your muscles, and that’s how they grow bigger.
One final piece of advice on how to build muscle quickly; think like a successful bodybuilder, and you will be.
