End Times Prophecy And The Bible

Numerous people look to places such as Nostradamus or other end time prophecy people to tell them what is going to come about in the future. There is though only one resource for information on end times that has in no way been in the wrong. This one resource has defeated Nostradamus and everyone else. It is the book called the Scripture.

A lot of the bible is loyal to speaking of end times prophecy. In certainty over one third of the whole book is said to be prophetic. Much of what was written has truly previously come to pass. There are still some bits and pieces of prophecy that numerous Christians are waiting on on the other hand.

One such prophecy of the Scripture was that of the country Israel being reborn. For plenty of years the people of Israel maintained their national heritage lacking a nation of their own. The Scripture did say that they would be scattered into all the other nations but it also said they would be gathered again back to their land. This of course is how come we see the battle in the middle east now.

Christians are looking to certain other end time prophecies to come to pass as well. The book of Revelation holds much of them. One such prophecy is the much debated rapture of the christian church. Not every Christian agrees on the time of this event. Merely the event is a catching up of the christian church beforehand God pours out His wrath on earth in accordance to Bible prophecy. It is in question nevertheless as to if this transpires beforehand or after a seven year event known as the tribulation with the last three and a half years being called the vast tribulation.

Whatever the case all Christians can agree on a few events that end times prophecy speaks about in the Scripture. All Christians concur on a period of tribulation and the advent of someone called the man of sin. This man is also called the antichrist. Although there is still deliberation over where this man comes from and what nations the Scripture speaks about being the last planet empire Christians do agree on the very fundamentals that there will be an antichrist and seven years of trouble.

One other event of end time prophecy that Christians see eye to eye on is the mark of the beast. This is said to be a integer that is going to be put on the hand or head of everybody who wishes to buy or sell. This prophecy comes about in the last three and a half years of the tribulation period.

After all of the end times prophecy that we see Christians agree on comes one last event that they all agree on as well. That event is the second coming of The lord. Though the Bible states no one knows unerringly when that will happen many have tried to put a date on the event.

Obviously there is a lot of doubts and confusion over end time prophecy among Christians but at least some things are agreed to. Because on the other hand the agreement or disagreement of people make no difference in if prophecy happens or not we require not worry. The end times prophecies will happen simply as the Bible states. Even if it is not what we hypothesis it said.
