(a) Liquid Detox (Fad Diets) – It’s well known that liquid detox’s such as the lemonade, cabbage soup and Juice diets are not effective for long term weight loss, but will help you lose weight very fast in those emergency situations. In fact a number of A-list celebrities have been reported using the lemonade diet before waking the red carpet. The best thing about these diets is they are free and all the ingredients can be found in your kitchen, or otherwise bought very cheaply in your local supermarket. Though be warned, this type of diet can be intense as it involves eating little or no solid foods, always consult your doctor before starting this particular diet.

(b) Exercise – This should be done in combination with a weight loss diet or while taking dietary supplements, exercise speeds up your metabolism and puts your body into the perfect state to burn fat and gain muscle fast. There are 2 types of exercise that you should focus on cardio and strength exercises both of these used in combination for 30-45 minutes each day will give you excellent results. Cardio exercises, such as running jogging, swimming and cycling will help you burn calories while you move, while strength training exercises, such as lifting weights will help your body continuously burn calories even while you sleep.

(c) Herbal diet supplements – Of all the fast fat loss tips this particular one is most ignored, but there are actually some herbal supplements that double the speed of you dieting attempts. There are 2 particular herbal supplements on the market that have been found to give good weight loss results, ‘Hoodia Gordonii’ and ‘Acaii Berries’. Hoodia is an African succulent plant that contains a chemical which can trick your brain into believing it has just eaten a large meal, thus completely eliminating your appetite. The Acaii Berry is also from Africa and appears to be able to increase the speed of a persons metabolism, this doubles the amount of fat burnt off during exercise sessions and while doing nothing at all.

(d) Colon Cleansing – Most people walk away when colon cleansing is brought into a conversation, but in terms of losing weight clearing your intestines and bowls has a huge affect on how fast your body burns fat and your overall health.
