How I Got My Business To Google Page 1 Without Lifting A Finger

The Google page 1 spot is the Holy Grail for almost any online business wishing to succeed. Although Google may not be the only search engine out there, it does still take well over 70% of all search traffic in the western world, and should therefore be taken rather seriously by anyone wishing to have their website business found by potential customers. As a website business owner myself, I have long been keen to see my own site appear on Google’s first page.

As anyone who uses Google knows, even the simplest search will often produce millions of results. A search for ‘Google page 1’ currently brings up 558 million results - that’s over half a billion websites all competing! Yet the truth is that 90% of people searching online never look past the first two pages of results. Just think - out of the 55 million pages of results, only 2 pages will ever be seen by the overwhelming majority of potential customers. That means only 0.0000003% of relevant companies are being found.

Like most business owners, the majority of my time has to be spent running the business. Online marketing strategies are all well and good - but they take time. It's no good spending hours of your time promoting your business and getting your site listed on Google page 1 if you have no business to show for it. I tried virtually all the strategies I could find, with varying degrees of mediocre success. The truth is, I just didn't have the time or the expertise to get my site to the top of the pile.

However, I had a look around and came across a guy who actually speaks the same language I do, and seemed really down to earth. Those SEO companies which seem so up themselves leave me feeling rather nonplussed. I run a real business, so I want a real marketing company to support me - not some fancy, flash-in-the-pan company hitching a ride on struggling companies.

Fortunately the guy I approached was both knowledgeable and understanding, and recommended a two-fold approach that combined natural, organic optimization methods as well as the pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns too. I was certainly impressed with his style and approach, and once he’d ascertained the information he needed about me, my company and my aims, he got his team to work straight away.

Although my initial reason for choosing the guy was because he was recommended to me by someone, one of the main advantages he presented to me was that he didn’t want any money. He claimed that he was so confident that he could make such a massive difference to my business’s online presence that he only wanted payments released once he had demonstrated that the methods worked. In effect, it meant that I had a huge amount to gain, with nothing at all to lose.

Having tried what I thought were reasonably good strategies out myself, and failed to get my website business anywhere near Google page 1 territory, I wasn’t sure what this guy could achieve. But since I wasn’t having to pay him anything until he’d proved his systems worked, I figured I had nothing to lose. However, in a very short space of time I noticed my sales rapidly increasing - I was actually close to being swamped at one point! The extra revenue far exceeded the guy’s fees - with long term profitability virtually assured.

I know that there are some pretty rogue companies out there, which is a great shame. But having sifted through the mud I found a pearl! I'm sure he wouldn't want to be described that way - but in my books he certainly reinvented my online business presence for me. The fact that he only wants paying after he's proved his techniques really will work makes the whole thing a no-brainer. With nothing to lose, and a position on Google page 1 to gain - what are you waiting for?
