Human Rights for Every person

Some people on earth don't have the luxury of human rights, of course the mass living in the UK and USA subsist in liberal societies where they are proficient to vote, speak their minds and have their own judgment and even dispute. However they are only able to do so thanks to the generations before them who campaigned for human rights. To this generation there are nations around the globe where these rights are non existent. These people are dominated by dread of what may come to pass if they speak out. These consequences can be as severe as captivity or even mortality. Amnesty International, the charity organisation, comprises of a assembly of individuals, some of the very best philanthropists, who resiliently judge that every person should have civil rights and campaign on behalf of those who do not.

The organisation started out due to the campaign, Appeal for Amnesty, founded by Peter Benenson after being enthused upon hearing of two Portuguese students thrown in jail for purely toasting free will. As a result of the campaign, Amnesty International was founded. The charity campaigns on behalf of individuals in the world who have been denied even the most simplest of human rights, regardless of the offences alleged against them. The organisation does much more however, they also crusade to have the death penalty dropped.

There are several individuals throughout the world without the luxury of being able to make selections or speak their mind and Amnesty International facilitates these individuals by fighting on their behalf for their rights. The charity is a helping hand for persons to cling to who have been caged without a trial or sentencing and who are persistently under the menace of bodily harm. The organisation also campaigns against violence towards children and women. It is one of the chief and most central organisations that exist now and founded with the perception that if adequate men and women act collectively, the world will in due course turn out to be a much better place.

Amnesty International stands up for individuals who are unable to defend themselves for worry of vengeance. It defends the weak and those who are far less fortunate, its sole goal is to bring justice and award individuals the respect they deserve.

The charity is campaigning to make the world a much better place for more than half of Nairobis inhabitants who reside in slums. These people through no fault of their own live in informal settlements with little or no access to health care, toilets or even clean water. Malaysian refugees who have been arrested and locked up along with denied the capability to work have the help of the charity. Fighting for the Serbians to keep on in the homes after hundreds of people lost their residences to make way for structure programmes. Without the charity organisation the plights of these and more may not have been introduced to the awareness of the world.
