Normally when you think of bodybuilding, you think of men with beautifully ripped bodies.But what about muscle building for women? Why not women?

There is still the cliché that ignites fear in women that if they lift weights that they will become big and bulky, just like their male counterparts.This is just not true.Women simply do not have the testosterone in their bodies to be able to bulk up like men.

Unless you are training to compete in a women’s bodybuilding competition (which is completely different because it would include supplementation), you are not going to look like one.

The truth is, more and more women are opting to build lean muscle to their bodies.Why? Simply because it’s sexy.It is way sexier having some definition on your body,then being a beanpole! Look at celebrities like Jennifer lopez, Jessica Biel and Jessica Alba;they are gracing the covers of all the top magazines showing off their curves.And we all watched Nelly Furtado perform at the opening ceremonies at the 2010 olympic games,right? She totally rocked that dress with all those sexy curves! These are the stars that are more recently getting all the attention due to their beautiful bods!

Another reason women are choosing to add muscle to their bodies is because they are realizing that it is the BEST method to burn fat.In fact,weight lifting is proven to be the most effective way to lose those unwanted pounds because adding muscle increases your metabolism, and leaves you burning calories 24/7.

Whereas doing cardio, you are only burning the calories you consumed that day, which does nothing for the stored fat that already exists on your body.Basically, you are then only maintaining your weight,at least for the days you workout.

So,whether you are skinny and weak, or soft and flabby, muscle building for women is the solution that will have you seeing results in as little as a month.
