My Boss Blows...

I was at work right now and as always my boss got here in and determined that she needed to show every thing upside down. I assumed to myself right here we go again…. Why does my boss have to be such a device? Why can’t I find a job with a boss that isn’t such a jerk? I work actually arduous every single day simply trying to go to work and are available house with out the drama. I suppose my boss just like the drama but I am used to it by now and I determine that today is going to be the day that I take the excessive road and never let the drama trouble me. I was sitting at my desk when she got here up and determined that apparently it was my turn to take some abuse. Thoughts you I did nothing improper I used to be simply in the fallacious place on the unsuitable time. She started yelling at me as a result of she didn’t like the fact that I went down stairs to have a cigarette. Needless to say I took less than two minutes however she felt that it was too long and that I had been neglecting my job. She known as me into her office and started to tell me how she was involved with my work performance. She told me that she felt I didn’t care about my job and that I have to let her know when I was going to make use of the lavatory and pretty much anytime I used to be going to not be at my desk. I assumed to myself, are you kidding me? I’m a grown adult and I've to verify in with my boss to do anything. This is absurd, what sort of psycho boss do I work for? I bought dwelling and was so mad that I thought okay that’s it, I’m quitting. I refuse to be handled like a child by my boss.
