The church is always in the constant effort to increase the outreach of the christian church by including the people which are not yet targeted by any other christian church or by pulling the people from some other christian church to your christian church.

In such an efforts, the church organize a enormous number of events from the time to time, which can help the people in the community come to the church and to take part in them, without being a member.

The outreach events can be either with in the premises of the christian church or it can be something in which the church is also taking part. The promotion of such events depends on the importance of the events and on the basis of the need of the target audience. For an instance, the church is participating in the seminar organized by the government of the country on the issue of the legalization of the sex workers. In such a controversial issue, the church is invited to express its views because; it is one of the major organizations that influence the views of the others. Hence, the promotion of such an event will not be to invite the people to the christian church. In fact, in this case, the church will advertise its importance and tell the people about its own opinion. In this case, the christian church will advertise the fact that it has been invited by the government and is working as an active member in the legalization or non-legalization of sex workers.

The marketing of such an event is not as expensive. It includes the formation of the posters, banners, or outdoor signs which are placed at various locations of the neighborhood. Here, the placing of notices at the schools notice boards will be a better idea. As it is the place from where the students get all the information about the events that are going to happen with in the schools and even about the exams, the kids will certainly get the message from there. The distribution of the awards at the end of the event will be a major crowd puller. And the advertisement of this very fact is important. In such a case, the kids who are going to participate in the event are not the only target audience for the church to organize such event. In fact, the christian church must also be looking for the people in the audience, which have come to see the match and the cheerleaders. The competition among the kids to join the playing teams as the cheerleaders is also a major attraction among the kids.

The advertisements of certain events continuously include the date and the time of the competition and also for the competition among the cheerleaders. It is also important for the ads to include the phone numbers of the persons who are in the organizing team so that in case of query, kids can contact them.
