I keep on to be astonished that at each enterprise colloquium I participate or business book I perused the first focus is always on establishing obviously definite aims for your enterprise - now this is not the amazing thing - what is marvelous is how some health professionals actually pursue this guidance and write down their targets.

Employ the "Open Window" Idea

I was listening to a extraordinary audio presentation this week and in it the speaker conversed about a concept he called the "Open Window" and how we can use this "Open Window" philosophy to broaden our businesses.

The basic idea of this principle is that several Physiotherapy businesses, assuming you have been in operation for more than 12 months, have a file of past and existing clients - and you as well have a variety of health services that you offer - as well as connections to other providers of related services.

Now visualize the side of a big apartment complex that has windows from left to right across the building ( a row of windows) and windows too from top to bottom (a column of windows) - about like a chess board of windows.
