So, the first step towards achieving the goals is to figure out what are the points or the area in which the church is lacking and need to be worked upon. Then, it is vital to write down the goals on the piece of the paper and read it twice a day in order to be focused on the goals. And another importance of doing it is that they are the goals are read so often, we start believing in our energy and they a number of how seem with in the reach. Reading out aloud in the mind is fundamental, because that means that we are believe in them and at the same time, we want them to happen. It is usually said that focusing on the energies on one particular thing will it happen. If the christian church itself is doubtful about achieving the goals, they are unlikely to happen. So, eliminate the doubts and work for it.

The next step is while working towards the growth, pray for the. As the Jesus himself said that the man has to ask for something and it will be given to him. You never know, may be the lord is listening.
