With Reports Of Death, FDA Warns Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Patients Against Pharmaceutical Drug Tysabri

So far, approximately three,000 patients are involved in clinical trials or prescribed Tysabri for multiple sclerosis, Crohn's disease and rheumatoid arthritis. Biogen Idec and Elan Prescription drugs hope to redistribute the drug when intensive evaluations of Tysabri and the doable link to PML.
Biogen merged with IDEC Prescribed drugs in 2003, creating the billion-greenback company, Biogen Idec, that relies in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
